At SimpliSlice, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, certain limitations apply to refunds. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Products

Since our products are digital files (such as STL files), they are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund.

2. Physical Products

Refunds for physical products are only offered if the product has been damaged on arrival. Personalized items are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged physical product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Clear photos or videos showing the damage are required for your claim to be processed. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

3. Commercial Licenses

For purchases that include a commercial license, the same non-refundable policy applies once the license and files have been delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at our discretion if:
You are unable to download the files after purchase due to a technical error on our end.
The files provided are corrupt or not as described.

5. Refund Requests

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptional circumstances listed above or due to physical product damage, please contact us at support@simplislice.com with the following information:
Your order details
A description of the issue, including photos or videos (for physical products)
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will notify you of the decision within 7 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

Since digital products are available for immediate download after purchase, order cancellations are not permitted once the order has been processed. If you ordered a physical product, the order can still be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the top.
